The Proposed line is suitable for Granulating, Grinding,Drying.

First, the row material will be added into the IBC

QVC-4 vacuum feeding device transports the raw material into GHL600 Mixing granulator by QVC-4 vacuum feeding device

minxing and granulating in GHL600 : dry mixing, then add the binder, made into the required damp material ,final the cutting nife makes the wet material into graunles.

finish make granule then disaharge to GZL-350 High Speed Grinding Granulator (WET mill) get required size.

After wet mill,the wet granule suck into FLP200 dryer for drying by negative pressure of exhaust fan.

After drying ,move out the trolley from FLP200

We will furnish test certificates for Material in Contact with the Product like for SUS304&SS316L

Also we will submit test certificates for all bought out items like motor and gear box.

Validation Documents DQ, IQ & OQ Included. DQ,IQ,OQ

Equipments will be Available for FAT Prior to Dispatch.

Two copies of operational manual in English will be given at the time of dispatch of machine.

All our machines are guaranteed for trouble free performance for a period of 12 months from commissioning.
