Toproduce finished products according to drawings after the whole body is hotcharged and bolt fastening by 8.8 grade M30×140 hexagonal head bolt
Rollbody dynamic balance: accuracy grade G2.5.speed of dynamic balance is 300 m/min(add mass method)
Thickness: unilateral thickness:20-22.5mm
The type of rubber surface:ZT--PPS 2
Hardness: 'A'95°±2
Theperformance of rubber surface: high friction coefficient, chemical resistance,,good abrasion resistance, medium temperature 80,acid and alkali resistant
Blindbore on roll surface; bore diameter: 3mm; bore depth: 7-9mm; A double helixarrangement; aperture ratio: 22-24%.
