3.      Applications

5.      Notes

1) Powerswitch (not use knife switch) and ground wire should be ensure well contact,non-electrical power to run, otherwise it will cause the motor burning.

2) Themachine should be placed in the distance 500mm around to avoid a collision.

3) finemesh replacement method:

* Loosenthe six plastic head nut, remove the upper hopper and network ring.

* the finemesh should be placed on the network ring level up.

* making thecircle tightening controlled by longing on pressed into the bottom of theannular groove and tighten.

* Repeatthe above steps to tighten control pressed into the upper annular groove andtighten.

* Usescissors to cut off excess mesh.

6.      Maintenance

1) cutoff the power when not in use.

2)non-rinse cleaning the motor to prevent leakage.

3) keepingthe screen clean to get the best filtering effect, when cleaning screens, you don’thave to stop, you can according to the different filter material to use ofappropriate cleaning agents, such as mud can be washed with water, but prohibitedsharp hard colliding with the mesh.
