Process of Relevant Data Acquisition A ?The GPRS Data Processing Device reads data from PLC and send the data to the fixed remote IP server every 1 minute. B ?The received data is processed by center data device and transferred to SQL language and then deposited in database. C ?In accord with the address of PLC register, the system will judge the alarmed information and send it to the appointed mobile phone. It has been running till now and of powerful function and quite reliable and stable.) 1)Internal Integrated TCP/IP Protocol Stack PPP dialing protocol and TCP/IP protocol stack is equipped in the inner part of GPRS DTU and it has embedded operating system of itself. From the aspects of hardware, it can be seen as the combination of embedded PC and wireless GPRS MODEM. It has attributes of GPRS dialing up on the internet and TCP/IP data communication. 2)Supply the Doubleaction of COM Data Transferring GPRS DTU supplies the SCI (Serial Communication Interface), which includes regular serial communication like RS232, RS485, RS422 and so on. Moreover, GPRS DTU changes the design of serial data into the way of“transparent transfer ”, that is to say that GPRS DTU can transfer the original data on serial port into TCP/IP data packet to transfer without the change of original content of data communication. As a result, GPRS DTU can connect all kinds of users’ equipments which apply serial communication and without change on users’ equipments. 3)Support the Automatic Heartbeat and Keep Online Permanent One of the advantages of GPRS communication network is that it can support the terminal device online permanently. So traditional GPRS DTU will support the permanent online function since design, which demands DTU includes automatic dialing while power’s on, adopt of the packet of heartbeat keeping permanent online (when the data communication is out of service for a long time, the mobile gateway will cut off the connection of DTU from center. And what’s the heartbeat packet herein meaning is a little data packet sending before the cut off of DTU from data center in order to keep the connection is not cut off), support of automatic connect after cut off, automatic dialing again and other features. 4)Support Parameter Configuration and Save Permanently As a communication device, GPRS DTU applies very vast in many areas. And for different usage, the IP address, port number, baud rate of serial port and others are different. So, GPRS DTU should support parameter configuration and save it into the internal permanent memory device (normally in the form of FLASH and EEPROM). Once it’s power on, it will automatically work as the set parameter. 5)Support the Set of Serial Port Parameter of User There’s difference existing in different equipments of users’ serial port parameter. While DTU connects users’ serial port of equipments, we have to set complying with the relevant practical parameter of serial port to guarantee the normal communication of machine and reliable transfer of data. B ?Core Software System-WEB Management System 1)Easy Operation: The system is developed based on B/S. Client of LAN or Internet can visit our system by the explorer like IE, FIREFOX and others and without installation of program of client. 2)Wide Adaptability: The development of language of this system is PHP and database SQL2000 and with any operation system. PHP is vast adapted development of language of WEB and SQL2000 is the database which can best adapt with Microsoft operation system. If the two combines, it would be applied into any operation system of WINDOWS. 3)Practical Usage: Users can totally custom the system including every function module, every inquiry condition, every filed selection so that it can meat users’ demand seamlessly. 4)Unique Features: This system can be integrated with GPRS wireless remote system and GPRS DTU can adopt data from PLC (or instrument and meter) and save in to the database of SQL2000.
