The surface can be glued, painted, coated as wood, nailed, drilled, planned etc. WPC can be used as a thermoplastics molding, so it is widely used in various fields. After the establishment of the factory, we use new materials each and every time and we have passed the SGS test report. Our products have no DBP, DEHP or other plasticizers pollution. They also have no lead and other heavy metal pollutions and have no formaldehyde. This is truly a green product and we can meet the European export standards. Meanwhile, we can cooperate with customers to open new molds, designs and make personalized products according to customers’ requirements. Now we can offer raw material or wrap the PVC according to customers’ requirement. We can also make wood grain embossing on the surface.

We are the manufacturer directly. We have invested more than 8 million USD for modern equipment. We established a large WPC extrusion production base in Chizhou city. It covers an area over 120 acres and has more than fifty WPC extrusion lines. The planned production capacity is over 30,000 tons a year. Meanwhile, we have a R&D laboratory, focusing on the research and inspection of raw materials and finished products. Dozens of professional quality inspectors work on the production line to monitor the product weight ,flatness, and hardness. All of the products are checked one by one by the quality inspector before leaving the factory.

Package:

We use carton to pack the product, and stick the English label on the two ends. We can also make the carton and label according to customers’ requirement. If needed, we can also use pallet.
