   KPC rail transfer car. It is equipped with Slippery Touch Line
Power Supply System, which power line is set in a channel ditched
 beside the rail, and the cover plate is jointed with and on the
channel. When the motorized transfer trolley is  operated with
fetching-electricity-device to open the cover-plate and slip on
the power-line to keep it operation. After going across, The
cover-plate return to its place and no affection to anything else.
It can offer unlimited distance of operation. 380 V power supply
to YZ motor, VFD speed adjustment, It is widely applied for Hoist
and Crane manufacturing industry, metallurgical industry and
other industry.

The rail can be divided into light rail,heavy rail and crane railway.
Different type motorized transfer carts demand to mount the different
rails. In general, the load of the rail car is below the 20t, light rail can
be chosen.The material is Q235,55Q, the specification is P24,which
mean the rail weight is 24kg per meter. The load of the rail car is below
100t, we suggest to use heavy rail.The material is 45MN,71MN, the
specification is P38 and P43. The load of motorized transfer car is above
the 100t, choose generally the crane rail .The material is U71MN,the
specification is QU80.
