2. Works
This type nitrogen car started by the hydraulic system, pneumatic system and circuit system, etc., when the pressure fluid into the chamber through the pressurized cylinder at valve solenoid valve, push the piston upward, into the chamber with nitrogen pressurized cylinder after booster check valve and pneumatic tools is charged accumulator (or within a pressure vessel), when the piston boosting device runs up to the top of the hydraulic system pressure up to the maximum pressure of the semiconductor pressure relay setting, semiconductor pressure relay signals the solenoid valve power, the piston travels downward under the action of air pressure; pressure of the hydraulic system began to decline, when the minimum pressure of the semiconductor pressure relay setting, a semiconductor pressure relay signals delayed by the delay device 5 to 20 seconds after the solenoid valve is energized, the piston starts up; so vertical reciprocating piston run until the discharge pressure reaches the maximum pressure setting of 0 semiconductor pressure relay, a semiconductor pressure relay signals off motor and system power.
