Description:PVC profile production line suitable to produce PVC profile, multi-hole cable duct (4-hole, 6-hole, 7-hole and 9-hole option). According to different profile sections and molds to choose different conical or parallel twin-screw extruder and provide relative vacuum sizing tank, haul-off, cross direction saw cutter and stacker auxiliary equipment. The capacity of main extruder is from 150kg/hour to 450kg/hour for option. Special design is for haul-off by particular up and down technology of our company, working stable, reliable and heavy duty force. Vacuum sizing tank has particular big eddy flow cooling system for cooling and sizing easy for high speed extruding necessary. The action of cross direction saw cutter keeps synchronously with haul-off, controlled by import PLC controller, reasonable design, running stable, auto fixed length cutting, assembled swarf suction device. According to different molds, the vacuum sizing tank could be provided of 4-meter, 6-meter, 8-meter, 11-meter models. We provide parallel twin screw extruders for high speed extruding.
