ISW horizontal water pump is used for transport of clear water and other liquids with physical and chemical natures similar to clear water. The use temperature is T≤80℃.2. ISWR horizontal water pump is widely used in: pumps for high temperature or hot water pressurization, circulation and transport in boiler and urban heating system in the industries of energy, metallurgy, chemicals, textiles, paper, as well as hotel and restaurant. The application temperature for ISWR type is T≤120℃.3. ISWR horizontal chemical pump is used to convey corrosive liquids which do not contain solid particles and have a viscosity similar to water. It is applicable to the fields such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgical, power, paper, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber. The application temperature is -20℃ ~ +120℃.4. ISWR horizontal pipeline oil pump is used to transport gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum products. The temperature of transported medium is -20℃ ~ +120℃.II. Working Conditions:1. Suction pressure ≤1. 6MPa or maximum working pressure of pump system ≤1.6MPa, namely, pressure of pump suction inlet + pump head ≤1.6MPa. Hydrostatic test pump pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify system working pressure when ordering the product. Please notify us when ordering the product if working pressure of pump system is higher than 1.6MPa, so that we use steel material to manufacture pump flow part and coupling part.2. Environmental temperature <40℃, and relative humidity <95%.3. The content of solid particles contained in transported medium shall not exceed 0.1% per unit volume and particle size <0.2mm.Note: Please notify us when you order the product if there are small particles in conveyance medium, so that the manufacturer uses wear-resistant mechanical seal.III. Product FeaturesStable operation: absolute concentricity and excellent static and dynamic balance of the impeller shaft to ensure smooth operation without vibration.Watertight: seal it by using different hard alloy materials to ensure no leakage during transportation of different media.Low noise: the pump under the support of two low-noise bearings runs smoothly. Except for faint sound of motor, there is almost no noise.Low failure rate: the structure is simple and reasonable, and a key part is of world-class quality; the working hours of supporting parts and overall units are increased greatly.Easy maintenance: it is easy to replace seals and bearings.Less floor space: the outlet can be turned left, right and up, which is convenient for pipeline layout and installation, and thus saves space.IV. Valves in inlet and outlet are not opened, inlet and outlet pipes are blocked, or impeller in flowing pipe is blocked.b. The motor is running in the wrong direction, and the motor phase speed is very slow.c. The suction pipe leaks.d. The pump is not filled with liquid and there is air in pump cavity.e. The inlet is short of water supply and suction height is too high, which results in leakage in bottom valve.f. Line resistance is too large and pump selection is improper.a. Check and remove the blockage.b. Adjust motor direction and fasten electrical wiring.c. Tighten the sealing surfaces and eliminate leakage.d. Fill the pump with liquid, open the exhaust valve and drain the air.e. Stop, check and adjust the pump (it usually occurs in net-wroked water pipe or use with suction height).f.
