As for a floating opener, the adjustable-dip-angle-type earth support disc is applicable to different planting technology requirements. A planning unit adds a vibration device and tensioning device on the seed-metering device, making the machine free from manual work, and being able to realize the accurate seeding in the planting of potato machinery, automatically control the quantity of seeds and evenly seed, so as to greatly reduce the occurrence of seed leakage and repeated seeding, and make for the large area of mechanized planting of potatos.
