Use method

Put cooler packs in freezer to freeze more than 12 hours flatwise and make sure the shape according to the need before freezing. When it completed you can take it out for use.

It is not food and cann't be eaten. If you swallow it by mistake, please drink enough water and try your best to vomit it and turn to doctor when necessary.
