The carbon fiber hub spindles are used as components of textile machinery, printing machinery, paper manufacturing machinery and so on. They are substitutes of the metal hub spindles.
Functions and Characteristics
1.Its strength is up to 8-10 times and even exceeds that of ordinary steel. The high modulus elasticity is better than steel and have many good characters such as excellent creep resistance, fine corrosion-resistance and fatigue resistance.
2.Light weight. Its weight is only 1/5 of steel.
3.Nice ductibility, low noise, light vibrations. Light weight. Its weight is only 1/5 of steel.
4.Good durability and fine corrosion-resistance. The products can be used in different corrosive environment, such as acid, alkali, salt, some organic solvent and so on. So the carbon fiber hub spindle needn’t to have a routine maintenance.
5.Fatigue resistance of the products is 10 times of ordinary steels. The service life is up to 20 years.
