1.Power end

(1)The frame is a welded structure with steel plate, high strength, rigidity and light weight.

(2)Adopting herringbone gear drive, running smoothly.

(3)The crankshaft is made of alloy steel, the crosshead guide is replaceable.

(4)Adopting roller bearing, which enhances running smoothness and loading capacity.

(5)The seal fittings for piston rod are a unique and advanced structure, with excellent seal performance.

(6)At the important locations such as gears, bearings and crosshead etc. we adopt forced and splash lubrication mode .

(7)Adopting the spiral locknut, convenient for assembly and teardown.

2.Fluid end

(1)The hydraulic cylinder is straight pass-through structure, it can make the fluid flow smoothly, volumetric efficiency higher and structure compact.

(2)The three hydraulic cylinders are interchangeable.

(3)The cylinder head and valve pot cover can be rapidly tightened, convenient for assembly and teardown.

(4)The suction valve and discharge valve can be interchanged
