1.3.1.Servo motor drives the ball screw & double “V” roller guideway are adoptedon grinding wheel dresser, steps adjustable.

1.3.2.Gear motor driven the ball screw & double “V” roller guideway are adoptedon regulating wheel, step-less speed.

1.4.Cooling

1.4.1.Thecoolant system is equipped with magnetic coolant separator.

1.5.1.10.4”touch panel, automatic plunge-cut grinding, the load, speed, time and steplevel adjustable.

Main Application:

Thegrinder is mainly used for through-feed grinding of cylindrical surface andring-type parts, as well as for plunge-cut grinding of various stepped, conesthat the conicity less than 1:20 .
