Hiconics HID520 Series VFD could feed the inertia energy of load back to the grid. With regeneration and braking functions, this kind of Hiconics VFD is suitable for occasions that require electric energy regeneration and energy saving like potential energy load and high inertia load with sharp deceleration of speed. It is a kind of high performance energy saving product that Hiconics has specially designed to meet clients’ demands. IGBT rectification technology which is controlled by PWM is adopted in designing the product and has finished bilateral control of rectifying and feedback process. With its power factor close to 1, HID520 series VFD has achieved real four quadrant operation.

1. Real Four Quadrant Operation

Advanced IGBT PWM rectification technology and optimized SVPWM control algorithm is adopted, the power factor close to 1.

2. Low Harmonic Wave of the Grid Side Current

Power supply unit could feed the regenerated energy back to the grid through sinusoidal wave method, thus could keep a low harmonic wave of the grid side current.

3. Perfect Performance

Superior closed loop vector control performance could largely improve dynamic and stable capacity of the system and perfect torque control performance could achieve high precise of torque control.

Comprehensive fault protection functions are offered, which includes over voltage protection, under voltage protection, over current protection, module protection, over heat protection of radiator, over load protection of motor, outside fault protection, etc.

System Components

The system is composed of power distribution part, LCL filtering part, rectification part and inverter part and the switch cabinet is mainly composed of power distribution unit, filtering unit, grid side rectification unit, generator side inverter unit, inlet terminal, outlet terminal, cabinet radiator, fan radiator and auxiliary control unit. Different cabinets would be formed according to different power of the machine and well connected among the cabinets could meet the demands of overall transport or hoisting.

For large order by ocean, 30% deposit of the order value should be paid, 70% of the balance payment should be done before delivery
