Product Description
Model DZS microcomputer automatic dampening system consists of microcomputer operated control units, water-line control system, high-precision microwave moisture test apparatus and high Potencydampener. It used in dampening control during wheat clearing procedure, aiming at wheat water content well-distributed before milling. This way,performance of wheat milling and sifting can be improved, increase the quality and yield of flour.The machine is usually used in dampening control of dry cleaning Process.
Characteristic introducing:
1. Testing of wheat water content depends on microwave technology.
2. Automatically revise testing and water content errors .
3.Full-automatic and manual operations make sure of non-stopping maintenance.
4. Automatically track changes of water content, so as to adjust the water amount .
5. All parameter and operating state shows on LCD screen.
6. Fault self-diagnosis with software.
