FRP Communication Shelter and components.Design of main body of computer room shall have the abilities to endure the wind, rain, snow, hail, earthquake, karaburan and solar radiation as well as shall have the performances such as heat insulation, sealing, endurance, fire proof and anti-vibration. Sandwich board structure is adopted for the plank of room body. And the faceplate is adopted with nonmetal FRP inside and outside and core material shall choose the material with heat insulation, good strength and stability. FRP plank belongs to thermosetting polymer material, with good temperature tolerance and application temperature of -70°C~90°C. Shock resistance performance: because the product structure contains fiber glass reinforcement staggered horizontally and vertically, which can greatly improve its shock resistance performance. Under the shock of crushed stones and hail, it isn’t easy to be broken. Corrosion resistance performance: it can resistant different acid, alkali and corrosion from other chemicals, especially it is fit for application at the costal areas and corrosive places.
Steel frame structure shall be used in computer room body, processing quality of steel components shall meet Technical Specifications Of Cold Bending Thin Wall Steel Structure andConstruction Quality Acceptance Specifications Of Steel Structure Work. Steel frame shall be treated with electrogalvanizing and epoxy painting shall be painted for outdoor structure, painting and installation of steel structures shall meet the related national standard. Wallboard and roof board shall be fixed tightly on steel frame in order to increase the structural force of computer room and prevent the malignant damage and loss.
Roof board and weather board shall be made of thermal insulation material, with core materials of polyurethane (density 38~40kg/m3), polystyrene (density 18~20kg/m3)), extruded sheet polystyrene (density 36~40kg/m3), rock wool (density not less than 100kg/m3) or other thermal insulation material. Color steel plates are covered inside and outside, bonding strength between core material and faceplate shall not below 0.15MPa.
The relative deflection of plank of computer room shall not exceed 1/250 under the evenly distributed load of 700N/m2.

Door limit device shall endure a load which is caused by opening and closing of the door due to the wind of 22m/s, at the same time without mechanical damage or functional failure.
Door lock shall meet the related regulations in GA/T73-1991 Mechanical Antitheft Lock

Outside exposed steel structural foundation of computer room shall satisfy the installation dimension requirement of two kinds of cement foundation base. Wall board and top board: the distance to wall board is 2m, without obvious color difference or scratch, the gap among wall boards shall not exceed 2mm.
Floor: it is mounted horizontally, with tidy line. Steeple top: the flange is cut levelly, without layer. Appearance of silica gel jointing requirement: levelness of silica gel jointing shall be less than 2mm.
Requirement of cabling rack and troughing:
Cabling rack: it is connected well, without loosening or deformation; the stress is 75kg/m2.
Troughing: the line is arranged orderly, meeting the drawing requirement.
