Basalt fiber fabrics is a kind of high performance engineering material with various unique properties. The fabrics is made of basalt fiber by woven unidirectional, plain weaving or twill weaving style, Its insulation characteristic is 1 × 10 higher than that of E-glass fiber; its elastic modulus and wave transparency is higher than that of S-glass fiber; and the virgin filament tensile strength is as high as 4840Mpa. The fibers of the fabric produced by us are coated with sizes compatible with polyester, epoxy, phenolic, and nylon resins. Which improve the reinforcing effect of basalt fiber unidirectional fabric, Our products is widely used can be widely used in the fields of engine parts, radar antenna, structural parts, and vehicles etc.

Packaging

Product is manufactured in form of a roll wound on a paper tube and then packed in a plastic film and placed within a cardboard carton. Rolls can be loaded into a container directly or on pallets.

Storage

It is recommended that the Basalt fiber fabrics are stored in a cool and dry environment. Rcommended temperature range of storage is between 10 ~ 30 °C and relative humidity between 50 ~ 75%. The Basalt fiber fabrics should remain in the packaging until just prior to use.
