Fiberglass Cloth

It is fiberglass cloth made by fiberglass yarn. After 12 years of exploration we can supply following fabric:

1.Fiberglass mica cloth with area weight 18g/m², 27g/m², 30~35g/m², 48g/m², 67g/m², 82g/m², which is made of fiberglass thin yarn of 6tex,12tex,22tex, we also can cut it into pieces and tapes as per requirements.

2.Fiberglass cloth made by fiberglass twisted yarn in plain,twill and satin.Area weight is from 100g/m2 to 1500g/m2.

3.Woven roving which is made by non-twisted roving in plain, twill 1/2,1/3. Area weight are 300g/m², 400g/m², 600g/m², 800g/m². Also, we can supply woven roving in big roll with length of 200m~800m.

4.Thin Woven Roving which is made by non-twisted thin roving of 100tex ~ 300tex. It is the basic material for making FRP products.Area weight are 50g/m²,80g/m2,100g/m²,180g/m²,200g/m².

5. Texturized fiberglass cloth which is made by texturized yarn with area weight 800g/m²,1050g/m²and 1250g/m².And specical texturized fiberglass fabric 600g also can supplied, which is made by fiberglass yarn in warp and texturized yarn in weft.

6. Plain fiberglass fabric with Stainless Steel or Brass Wires which is twisted with fiberglass yarn, stainless steel or brass wires. Area weight and yarn density of it can be process as per clients’ requirements. Such as 270g/m² fiberglass fabric with stainless steel ,1050g/m² fiberglass fabric with brass wires.

7. Twill Woven Roving which is made by non-twisted yarn in warp and fiberglass roving with the way of 1/2, 1/3 or 2/2 in weft.

8. Loom state mesh which is made in plain or interweave way with area weight from 50g/m2 to 300g/m², Mesh size is 1mm~10 mm.
