It is made of inorganic fireproofing fiber by special process, it has the capability of fireproof, smoke proof, heat insulating. The roller shutter which made of these kind of material are absolutely accord with the request of “integrality of fire resistant, heat insulation, smoke resistant”.

Its main capability and characteristics are:

proofing fire and incombustible ( fireproof A Grade-noncombustible, GB8624-2006, Germany Grade DIN4102, A1 Grade), (have passed the test of National Firefight Supervise Test Centre)

low holding weight, resisting heat oscillate, firefighting, dust removing, easy to construct;

soft and resisting heat, it could resist high temperature of 550-1200°C

good chemical stability, resist kinds of chemical corrupt; resist vermiculate, mildew proof;

environmentalistic (not in the least of asbestus).

a). fireproof decoration fabric( Blue fiberglass fabric)

As fireproof fabric has good capability of decoration, fireproof and nice color, it is used as outer decoration layer of high quality roller shutter.

b). fireproof fabric of heat radiation resisting

As this kind of fabric has good capability of heat radiation resistant and light radiation resistant, meanwhile it is fireproof, heat insulating and rotproof, it is used as back layer of the fireproof roller shutter.

Main products are: fiberglass aluminum foil complex fabric, other fireproof fiber complex with aluminum foil.

As the fireproof felt has good capability of fireproof, heat insulation, and rotproof, it is used as the middle fireproof and heat insulation layer of the roller shutter.

Main products are: ceramic felt, fiberglass felt.
