Product Description
This hydraulic oil filtration system is special for purifying all kinds of lubricating oil such as the Engine oil, hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, coolant oil, gear oil, heat treatment oil and so on. According to the lubricating oil´s nature, this machine can rapidly remove water, gas, particulate matters and impurities from lubrication oil, so guarantee lubricating system of machine to work properly and prolong lifetime of machine.
TYA series oil filter special oil based hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, lubricating oil impurity mass of the development and production of special features, the machine processing cycle is short, high efficiency, rapid removal of oil in the water, gas, impurities and volatiles (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.). Improve the oil quality, recover oil viscosity, flash point and performance. Ensure that the hydraulic system, power system, the lubrication system normal operation. Particularly suitable for petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery, railway and other industries on the hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, cooling oil, refrigeration oil, gear oil, gasoline engine oil, diesel oil, heat treatment of various lubricating oil purification regeneration process.
Usually, most waste lubricant oil just contaminated with water, gases and kinds of impurities when it was used on machines, some are emulsified and change its color into white, looks abnormal from new oils. Anyway, this kind waste oil still can be reused after purified with our TYA series oil purifier. It adopt advanced technology for combination of coalescing separation and vacuum dewatering, to get the high precise of water and gas content. Using distinctive removing impurities system, filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power, can ensure the cleanness of purified oil reach NAS6.

8. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
