The Grain Destoner is used for seperating heavier materials such as stone, glass, metal,sand etc. from paddy, wheat,corn or soybean. is composed of aspiration advice, feed hopper, aspirating hood, sieve box, eccentric driving mechanism, machine stander and etc.A special kind of rubber bearings is used for hinge joints of the stoner’s reciprocating oscillation mechanism. The rubber bearings can adsorb vibration and has a long service life.

Working Principle?

The working table is covered with a fish-scale shape sieve, through which air flows from below by air suction. By the fluidization caused by vibration of sieve and air flowing, Heavy impurities such as stones are transported to the high level of the sieve and discharged from the far end of the machine.
And stone-free grains moving down forward and discharged from another outlet.
