The CP225-B fully automatic four-color ink proofer in automatic voltage regulation type has the following features:

1. The machine allows operation tobe more humanized and intuitive due to its adoption of the microcomputerautomatic control system and a HD LCD screen with all functional parameterinformation displayed in details.

2.The built-in three inkdistributing modes are personalized, satisfying different operation habits andspecial usages.

3. It supports positioning duringmovement, intermittent and regular approaching, and free time and speed setting(available to set ink distributing time between 1sec and 200sec for each leveland set speed as high, medium and low).

4. For movement, there are threemodes of Medium-term Positioning, No Movement and Soft Start available forsetting, so as to reduce the color unevenness on the left and right sides andprevent misting.

5. Built-in high precisionsynchronous motor can display accurately the current ink proofing pressure.Only with a simple press, can the ink proofing pressure be adjusted to currentdemanded value automatically.

6. The proper and accurate ink proofing pressures canbe obtained for all materials with different thicknesses. The pressure could beadjusted within minus 1-40 to 1-80.

7. The ink proofing speed can be preset in modes(adjustable among high, medium and low).

8. The printing rubber roll can be customized intothat with two, three or four color segments, so as to meet the needs undervarious practical use conditions and analyze more intuitively the contrast andaccuracy of current ink swatches.

9. Types of color bars: 45×200mm (4 pieces), 106×200mm(2 pieces), 106×200mm/45×200mm/45×200mm (3 pieces).

10. Users can select to use eithercommon ink printing rolls or UV rolls according to their actual needs. Variousprinted materials are supported, including newsprint, offset paper, coatedpaper, painting paper, writing paper, brown paper, gold card, silver card,etc., thus realizing the multi-purpose function.

11. In cleaning mode, the metalroll may rotate alone or together with the ink roller (clean & leave, clean & combine).

12. The cleaning speed is dividedinto three levels: high, medium and low. Users may set the speed as they likeso as to ensure handy, safe and convenient operation.
