Perforated steel sheet polyethylene composite pipe (SP for abbreviation, the structure as shown on last page) is one of JFAP's key products. The main materials of SP pipe are cold rolled steel plate and polyethylene. SP pipe is strengthed by perforated steel pipe welded by argon arc welding or plasma welding with steel plate, extruded with high density polyethylene to figure composite pipe whose external and internal surfaced are PE and middle material is perforated steel pipe. SP pipe overcomes the shortcomings of steel pipe, such as low corrosion resistance, poor abrasion resistance. SP pipe also does not has the disadvantages of PE pipe: lower working pressure, poor stiffness, poor RCP(rapid crack propagation) resistance, easy to be damaged. SP pipe has the advantages of high working pressure, good rigidity, high siffness, high creep resistance, low linear expansion coefficient, smooth internal surface, low press loss, double anti-corrosive, non second time contamination, good heat preservation, easy installation and maintenance. SP pipe is a key innovation achievement for building and municipal water supply main pipeline. It can also be widely used in petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmacy, food, mine and fuel gas field, etc. SP pipe is an advanced green composite pipe in the 21 century.
High strength and low linear expansion
Because of strengthened perforated steel pipe, SP pipe has the advantages of high working pressure, good rigidity, high creep resistance, low linear expansion coefficient.
Anti-corrosive and anti-abrasio n
With PE external and internal surfaces, SP pipe has stable chemical properties, it is anti-corrosive to various acid, alkali, salt. The anti-abrasion properties of SP pipe is six times that of steel pipe.
Smooth internal surface with good flowability
The inner surface of SP pipe is very smooth, its absolute roughness is only one twentyth that of steel pipe. Pipe supply abilities of SP is thirty percent than that of steel pipe in the same conditions.
Sanitary and nontoxic
The sanitary properties of SP pipe has met the requirements of GB9687-1998Sanitary Standard of Polyethylene for Food Package Moulded Materialsand GB/T17219-1998Security Performance Evaluation Specifications of Water Supply & Distribution Equipment and Protection Materials of Living Drinking Water.The nontoxic, corrosion resistant and anti-filth properties of pipe effectively guarantee the water quality of the whole water supply network SP pipe can be applied for not only in urban water pipe supply system, but also for other corrosive fluid fields.

Safety
The perforated steel pipe and high density polyethylene of SP pipe forms a whole composite pipe, the holes of the steel pipe filled with PE material after extruding, external and inner PE surface riveted to be a whole wall, and the PE material can not fall off from the strengthened steel pipe. Electro-fusion guarantee the PE material of fitting and SP pipe to be heated and melted together to from a secure, permanent, leak-proof joint. The normal service life of SP pipe system is as long as fifty years.
