Automatic hardisk oven

Introduction:

   Automatic hardisk oven is a brand new dyer combined with the advantage of sirocco circle oven and tray dryer, it realized the autoimmunization of adding, spreading, turning, producing of materials, and it is a breakthrough in oven application. This machine has got the patent of China, and number is ZL01234949.6. The automatic hardisk dryer is consist of the body and sirocco circulation system ( including circulate fan, heater, air filter, adjust valve, wet ejecting pipe etc.) rotate material tray, scratch sets, transmission system etc. When it was at work, the materials were put into the rotating tray trough filling set. Under the effect of scratch set, the materials move from inner to outer on the tray and drop into another tray, then, repeat the same process until drop on the last tray. In the end, the materials will flow out from the bottom tray, during the process; the materials will gradually become dry. The speed of filling, rotating, and the degree of the wind is adjustable, and this ensures the dry effect.

The machine adopts more than 0.8MP steam to heat up.(the traditional tray dryer in much lower than that pressure), the heating temperatures can be 120-140℃ .Because of interlayer heating model, high pressure can be stood, but it is not belong to pressure vessel, it is more easy to operate.

5.      Easy to clean, accord with GMP

Adopts solid scratch set, only one scratch is needed for each layer ( the traditional tray dryer has several for each layer),moreover, it is convenient to remove, easy to clean.

Adopts stainless steel as the body, polishing the inner to avoid dead corner.

Air circulation system installed filters, the wind path is able to clean that ensures the cleanness of wind path.

Adopts sirocco circulation model to save the energy.

It is wildly used in powder, granule dryness of pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing industry.
