EAGER-A45 hand-push crack sealing powered by generator sets, using liquefied petroleum gas indirect heating material through conducting oil, unique temperature control system avoid the material aging problem. Built-in 360° shaft stirrer, faster the heating speed, mixing evenly. Electric heating hose can avoid the material condensation at low temperatures. Pressure injection makes sealant bond to sidewall tightly, equipped with a steering flexible caster tracking cracks, with fine pouring appearance, it is small practical road surface crack maintenance equipment.

2. Hot melting kettle
Hot melt kettle is mainly used for pouring hot melt materials, heating, with capacity of 45L. Feeding port on top of the melting kettle, material loading height is 900mm.

3. Heating system

a. Using liquefied petroleum gas as heating fuel, indirect heating materials through heat conducting oil, improving the melting rate, heat evenly and the material is not easy to aging.
b. heating temperature 50 ~ 290 ℃, heating time of 40-60 minutes.
4. Control system
Adopt centralized control panel displays the set and actual temperatures of conducting oil, sealant material and heating hose. All temperatures can be adjusted accurately, easy to operate.

5.      Stirring system
Vertical paddle stirring structure set in the melting kettle, manually stirrer rotation fast, so that the material heated to a suitable pouring temperature.

6.      Material conveying system
a. Electric heating hose can ensure that the temperature inside of the melting kettle and material pouring port basically the same, so that the material pouring system is not easy to block.
b. pressure injection pouring, asphalt pump produces pumping pressure to seal the material into the cracks.

c. Applies to ordinary asphalt and crack sealant material; sealant material pumping pouring through the asphalt pump, the flow speed can be adjusted.

7. Walking system
EAGER-A45 is a hand-push type sealing machine, installed with steering flexible caster, manual control material pouring direction, suitable for filling regular and irregular cracks; special wear-resistant rubber wheel.
