ZM-4B Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

This Polycarboxylatesuperplasticizer is the new-generation innovative and environmentally-friendly productwe developed, which has excellent slump-retaining performance and certain mudresistance with high water-reducing rate, good strength and small shrinkage andcan be widely applied to various high-grade and high-performance concreteengineering.

I.  Property

1.    Appearance: ivory liquid or sepia liquid

2.    Specific gravity: 1.02—1.25(20℃)

3.    PH value: 5-7

4.    Active ingredient: 20%, 30%, 40% or it canbe adjusted according to clients’ requirements.

II.      Main technical performance

1.    High water-reducing rate will greatlyimprove concrete strength, and it is especially applicable to high-strength andhigh-performance concrete of more than C50.

2.    With good dispersibility and self-compactness,it can be used to prepare superfluid self-compacting concrete with differentstrength grades.

3.    Strong corrosion resistance and aging resistanceallow little or no shrinkage to concrete .

4.    Good plasticity-retaining performance allowstime extension of transport of commodity concrete and the residence at the siteso as to ensure workability of concrete.

III.     Usage

1.    Mixing amount:0.5-1.5%, water-reducing rate:≥25%.

2.    This product shall be added with mixingwater.

IV.     Package and storage

1.    Plastic drum, net weight: 250±1kg which canbe adjusted according to users’ requirements.

2.    This product is non-ignitable, anti-freezingand pollution-free and ensures safety during transport, storage and usage.

3.    Shelf life: 6 months.
