We can design a fully automatic and closed production line from raw materials storage, metering, addition to finished products conveying, storage and filling.

1)?Materials feeding and mixing
2) Mixture materials cooling and ?dewatering
3) Input N2 protection?
4) Add?1st initiator (...hour) and mixing monomer (...hour) for polymerization reaction;?keep temperature for ...hour
5) Add 2nd initiator (*min.), and keep temperature for ...hour
6) Add 3rd initator (...min) and keep temperature for ...hour?
7) After reaction, test its viscosity
8) Cold down the qualified products to required temperature?
9) Stop input N2, filling the finished products after filtration???
