Product Description
Efficient dewatering hydrocyclone is used for a variety of mineral slurry dewatering operations. According to different material properties, Jinyang adopts different structural design, which has advantages as low pressure drop,large processing capacity and high dewatering efficiency. In the process of iron tailings dewatering and titanium re-election ,when the feeding concentration is 5-12%, -200 mesh account for 75% , the average concentration of the hydrocyclone overflow can be controled below 1.5%. In the case of achieving the effective dewatering , the loss of useful minerals can be avoided .
In a cetain Silica of dewatering operation, the overflow concentration is below 0.5%,and fine mud out from overflow is almost not qualified,which has reached the double effect of dewatering and desliming. The overflow water can be reused after sedimentation .
