XSD sand washing machine
Working principle
During sand washer running process, the motor drives the V-belt, reducer and the gear reducing to let the impeller moving. Sand from the hopper into the washer, through the impeller grinding, distil dust, break the moisture layer till dewatering. At the same time, add water to make water flow and get off the dust or others, then discharged by the wahsthrough, finished the cleaning action. The clean sand be get out by the impeller, and then into the discharging opening, finished the sand washing action.
The sand washer can clean the mixed sand to improving the quality of the final sand. It is a wheel like structure and equipped with sand making machine, and is necessary for sand washing product. It mainly used washing, grinding and dehyrating in sandstone factory, constrution site, hydroeletric station dam, glass manufacturing and oil well development, this washer features of reasonable structure, big process capacity and economical power cost, especially the advaned design that makes transmission part isolated from water and sand, can mostly reduce the malfunction sand washer, so this sand washer is the best choice for product's upgrading and development.
