For different capacity, customized allocation can be made according to the clients’ requirement. 3. Workshop size is only for reference and it can be slightly adjusted according to actual size of client’s plant.

This is a semiautomatic pulp molding production line. Product forming process & drying process are finished through the semi-automatic equipment with workers operating for the connection during the two processes. The production line can be applied to making egg tray, fruit tray, coffee-cup tray, medical tray craftworks as well as inner package for industrial products. Products are make from paper pulp(usually it is virgin pulp). It’s high-efficiency, energy-saving, durable, wieldy and safe. SIEMENS electrical control parts, FESTO & SMC pneumatic control parts. The formed products can be dried by drying product line, drying house or under the sunshine directly. There are diversified devices allocations for different specifications.
