Vibrating Feeder Introduction:

White Lai vibrating feeder series have two types: vibrating feeder and linear feeder. Our Vibrating feeders are linear direction feeding equipment. We have two series: GZD and ZSW.GZD series Vibrating feeder is equipped with two heavy vibrating motors. These two motors rotate and excite vibration source to move the materials forward to crushers. Users can adjust vibrating frequency of feeder freely so as to completely control feeding speed of stone material and ensure smooth operation of production line.? It is widely used in crushing and screening plants of mining, construction materials, silicate and chemical industry.

Vibrating Feeder Working Principle:

The vibrator contains two fixed eccentric shafts with jogged gears. The jogged gears create the vibrations while the two eccentric shafts are then forced to rotate by motor, through the triangular belt. Once power is supplied, the two eccentric shafts start rotating to produce leaner huge power which forces the feeder to vibrate. Through the vibration, the materials will slip and sling onto the screen moving forward. When the materials pass through the screening part, smaller pieces will fall down and avoid further crushing.
