1.     There are 2 weighing system and one working table assembled to the down feather filling line

2.     It is mainly used to make down feather garment, feather sleeping bag and cushions, feather mattress and feather quilting and other similar stuffing productions.

3.     The feather down filling takes vacuum method style function that helps to keep the material original soft, elastic and hand feeling and avoids the feather being damaged during the filling procedure

4.     Good weighing system that the tolerance can be controlled within one gram which can be adjusted by single set or single piece according to different requirement of different products. It helps quality controlling and avoids material wasting too

5.     Simple operation that saves labor cost and the whole set can be handled by only 3 operators.

6.     Keep clean of the working environment because all the filling materials are kept inside of the hopper

7.     Advanced technology level; the whole set is controlled by PLC system with English and Chinese operation menu wherein 100 programs can be set up in advance to the control system. Each program can be set up to about 80 sets of weight value which is suitable for very complicated product design within one piece

8.     High working capacity; the average material measuring time is 4-6seconds. The filling time can be adjusted as wish that the two fillers can be handled by only one operator.
