Equipment features

HTQ type ceramic membrane filter adopts asymmetric ceramic membraneas filter element, which is made of inorganic ceramic material with special process. The aperture is 0.2-10 um, ceramic membrane has advantages of good chemical stability, acid, alkali, organic solvent, high temperature resistant, anti microbial ability, high separation efficiency, mechanical strength, long life and other advantages, particularly suited to high temperature, high pressure and strong corrosion conditions of organic film cannot be used. The products can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental industries such as filtration, purification, aseptic, to complex process.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

ONE, FILTRATION

The filter material enters the filter by pump for filtration. The clear liquid enters liquid collecting tube through the supportive body after permeating the ceramic membrane while the solids contained in material will be blocked at the membrane surface forms filter cake.

TWO, BACK WASHING AND SLAG DISCHARGING

The liquid water is driven by the compressed air for back washing. The liquid reversely flows instantly and removes the filter cake from the membrane surface. The filter cake will settle at the bottom part of the filter and will be quickly discharged when reached a certain amount.

THREE, CONTINUOUS AND RELIABLE RUNNING

Filtration, back washing and slag discharging is controlling by PLC program in circulating way to realize continuous and reliable running of the ceramic membrane filter.

INSTRUCTION

? 1, The filter tank body is made of carbon steel which is in lined with PE+PP, or rubber or other anti-corrosive material

? 2, Aperture of the ceramic membranes vary from 0.05-10um. Various specifications are available for users’ choice.

? 3, All the nozzle flanges shall use JN81-59 standard , PG=1.0Mpa

??4, The control air adopts the air consumption volume of the instrument 0.5m3/min, pressure>=0.5Mpa
