BS-1200 Shoulder Ballast Cleaning Machine

This machine is used for ballast cleaning operation onshoulders of the track. The total length is 45 meters, and the maximumproductivity is 1200 m³/h. It can complete automatically the wholeprocess of ballast excavating, ballast conveying, screening, distributing andregulating. Through reducing the ballast contamination rate of ballast of thetrack shoulder, it can enhance drainage capacity of the ballast bed anddecrease the problems, such as ballast bed hardening, mud-pumping and so on,and prolong the overhaul period of the railway. Ballast Regulation: Themachine is able to regulate the reclaimed clean ballast. The maximum operationwidth on each side of the track shall be not less than 3.0m (from centerline oftrack)
