1.Filling and capping 2-in-1:
Filling-capping 2-in-1 takes in the filling technology from Italy prmk company and the capping technology from Swizerland Ferrum Company, also combining to the actual situation of our contry to desingn and make this filling-capping 2-in-1
Filling theory is constant pressure filling. The filling valve is adopted hi-precision mechanical valve, with the features of fast filling speed, high liquid level precision, realizing filling while there is a can, and not filling without cans. (go to the picture)There is floating ball level meter which can gurantee the stables of the liquid in
It usually be used with semi-auto or automatic can-unloading machine and cans rinsing machine.
2.Rinsing,filling and capping 3-in-1:
Main components of the can filling line are rinsing, filling-seaming monoblock, tunnel sterilizing machine and conveying system. The key machine is filling and seaming monoblock which synchronizes with filling machine. The liquid level is stable and the oxygen content is decreased. Through a few simple adjustments, it could handle different cans. The special structure sealing roller could be adjusted according to can’s size.
As the can is easy to get deformed, soft treatment is needed in the transferring process. The conveying system regulates the transferring speed
