Introduction:

The stone crushing plant is consisting of 3 stages:

Stage 1, stone block excavating, transporting, and loading into vibration feeder; with equipments needed to dig stock block, load and move to plant site, and guarantee the stone block material be qualified for different usage of stone aggregate production.

Stage 2, stone block coarse crushing, fine crushing, and screening; with equipments for crushing stone block, screening to classify different crushed stone aggregate by size, and stone block and aggregate conveyors are needed, overall control system is needed for crushing and screening procedure control.

Stage 3, stone aggregate conveying to storage yard for sale or conveying for further production procedure like sand washing or powder milling; with facilities and related machinery for the stage.

The production lines are designed basing on customer requirements, with designed operation life and production capacity basing on local stone aggregates demand market at customer site. They are set up under efficiency and cost saving arrangement, and have reliable working performance during their service life.

The whole stone crushing plant consists of different departments: the accounting dept., the production line dept., the human resource dept., the sourcing dept. for clay material, fuel, water, electricity, the sales dept., the equipment maintenance dept., etc. And the digital-intelligent plant management system can be applied in the plant for easy, timely and accurate guidance and control of the whole plant.
