Wood/straw pellet production line in domestic (2-3T/H)

This is one production line installed in our domestic, the raw materials for this customer is corn straw and other wood chips. This line including the screener crusher, mixer, pellet machine, cooler, screener and packing machine, with capacity 2-3T/h. 

The screener to separate the stone and other impurities, the hammer mill to grinding the materials into powder shape

The mixer to mixing the materials, and adding a few water here( this materials a little too dry) and then the belt send the mixed materials into the silo up on the pellet machine

pellet machine press the fine materials into good quality pellets, and then the belt conveyor send the output pellets into the cooler

The cooler to cooking the pellets into normal temperature, and then the pellet conveyor send the pellets into the screener

The shaking screener separate the broken and powders, let the good quality pellets into the silo upon the pellet packing machine, and then the pellet machine to packing the pellets into bags.
