Description:

HNAS-02 Metering Current Transformer Automatic Test Line is integrated automatic conveying equipment and the automatic intelligent test system for current transformer. The system adopting the Automation, intelligence, information technology, is used to connect the stereoscopic warehouse storing the current transformers, realizing automatic convey, load and unload, test and sorting and labeling of current transformers. Meanwhile, the system, via User Information Management Platform, communicates with production scheduling platform, downloading the test plan and uploading the test results and packaging information.

Features:

Specialized turnover boxes used for storage and convey of CTs. The robust turnover boxes are suitable for stacking on layers, increasing operation efficiency. Gantry robots perform stacking, unstacking relocation and reallocation of turnover boxes. Multi-DOF robot is used to load and unload single piece of current transformer. Robust pallets for conveying current transformers convenient for testing the CTs without removing the pallets. Check the data plates, S terminals and appearance defects. Insulation withstand voltage test module/Testing position, simultaneously performing the tests of CTs such as insulation resistance, power frequency withstand voltage, secondary-earth isolation (for multi- winding CTs). Basic error test module/testing position, performing the tests of CTs such as secondary winding\'s turn-to- turn insulation, basic error, magnetic saturation.
