The Bevel Cutter Inspecting Machine is designed to check the axial and radial runouts of cutting blades of various type of cutters which are used for cutting the Spiral Bevel and Hypoid Gears. The inspected results shall be used as the base of precision setting of cutter blades when adjusting them on the gear cutting machine. In addition, this machine can also be used to make the cutting blades precision setting directly.
The cutter diameter of 3 1/2″to 18″can be checked on the machine.
In accordance with the different cutter structures, there are two types of inspecting machine, i.e. Type A and Type B.
Model JY318A is suitable for checking the Type ⅠCutter of Standard JB/T8359-96.
Model JY318B is suitable for checking the Type Ⅱ Cutter of Standard JB/T8359-96.

5.????? Two measuring poles are used for checking axial height and radial errors of cutter blades respectively.
6.????? The spindle can be rotated slowly or rapidly which is interlocked with slow rotation.
