Overview?

This aerosol filling?machine has four functions?cans feeding?filling liquid??valve putting, sealing?aerosol propellant filling, capping on one machine. According to the customer request to capping outside lid.?No bottle, no filling. This machine is simple operation, saving merits of human?not consumption field?etc. ?It can be equipped with a protecting cover and a checking -?drop installation according to client’s requirement. The aerosol filling and sealing machine adopts position pump?which is suitable for all kind liquids?with high filling speed and high filling precision. The aerosol filling machine with inside pressure often need leak-checking so as to make sure all the products are eligible.?Water-bath checking is hang-style. That is to say when there are bottles entering??the clamp of water-bath checking will hold the bottle →?put the bottle into hot water whose temperature between 45℃ and 52℃ for about 5 minutes to check whether it is leaking. The clamp will put the bottle to wind blowing system automatically. The hot wind will dry the bottle then convey it to conveyer. The whole process of water-bath checking finished. The volume position pump is adjustable. You can adjust from 1000ml to 200ml, 800ml to 160ml, 500ml to 100ml, 200ml to 40ml, 100ml to 20ml, 50ml to 10ml etc. Usually, the biggest volume=5* the smallest volume. Both the filling quantity and filling speed can be arbitrarily adjusted with high accuracy. The machine adopts full-auto PLC and human-computer touch screen control system. For different volumes, we set different procedures, mode 1, mode 2, mode 3.?Operators do not need too much complicated adjustments, the filling machine can switch between the three models easily.?The filling nozzles adopt anti-drip and anti-drawing filling device.
