Vibration sieve principle of the structure
It uses vertical vibrating motor as the source of vibration, with eccentric hammer on both sides of motor, making material do level, upright and incline movement, then the material passes these through surface of the screen after overall screening. Adjusting the phasic angle on both sides of the motor can change the movement track of the surface screen, which helps screen different materiel in different situation successfully.

Chemical industry: resin, paints, industrial chemicals, cosmetics, paint, medicine powder. 

Food industry: sugar, starch, salt, rice flour, milk powder, milk, egg, soy sauce, fruit juice. 

Metal Mining: aluminum powder, lead powder, copper powder, ore, alloy powder, welding powder, manganese dioxide, copper powder, magnetic power, abrasive powder, refractory materials, kaolin, limestone, alumina, carbonate, heavy calcium, silica sand. 

Pollution treatment: waste oil, waste water, wastewater dyeing, additives, activated carbon, etc.

Shaker installation and commissioning: 

1. Equipment should be stable foundation. When the equipment is installed on the general ground or cement foundation, you can not set the anchor bolts. 3. You should first check the tightness of all bolts, and various positions spout whether catcher on the positive, and see if the vibration motor can rotate properly and the spring force or without obstacles, check the layers sieve net if pressed.
4. Before vibration sieve access electrical control panel, you should first check the electrical control panel. Line after turning observe whether the vibration motor rotation direction is clockwise (Note: otherwise should change the phase sequence) is functioning properly, there is no different noise.
