SFS-60 Plastic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is provided with double purpose operation. It can fill as well asseal the tubes. It is widely applied in wide range of industries. Out tube filling and tube sealing machine can be reliably applied for filling ointments, toothpastes, shaving creams, adhesives, silicon sealants, cosmetic products in cream form, ketchup, sauces, and many more creamy texture of products which need to be filled into tubes.
SFS-60 Plastic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is very simple to operate, it consists mainly, one rotating disc with interchangeable tube holding sockets for different size of tubes. Only empty tube should feed manually, after that all process like filling, closing, coding & ejection process is automatic.

Machine is provided with stirring device so that no active ingredients in the material cannot stick to the inner wall of hopper, which contains your material.
Machine is supplied with all contact parts made of SS 316 material.
