CIL-NP-7000A it uses jumbo rolls as raw paper to process various sizes of napkin paper.  The machine start from raw material feeding, embossment, folding and cutting to form to be one line , and then packaging. The product is of sanitation and cleanness. If the customer need to produce various kind sizes (180 to 500) of napkin paper , the customer need to order the machine. Take CIL-NP-7000A-275 for example, this machine can produce the unfolded napkin paper is 270mmx275mm. While CIL-NP-7000A-330, this machine can produce the unfolded napkin paper is 330mmx330mm. So do others. We also accept orders according to clients’ request.

As for the raw paper, we can buy from the paper making factory, the price are vary from quality to quality, it is between 625$ and 1,125$.  The width of raw paper depend on the specification of product, weight 14g-18g./2 plies,18g-25g/1 ply.

CIL-NP-7000A-330  uses 22g/m2 1 ply paper can produce 410,000pcs of 330x330 facial tissue. .

CIL-NP-7000A330  uses 16g/m2 2-ply paper can produce 281,000pcs of 330x330 facial tissue.

CIL-NP-7000A it can produce 180 packages per hour. [100pcs per package, used well-printed plastic for outside packing, it cost 0.025$ per package.]
