When leaving, hourly parkers come to Manual-pay-station (located in central place instead of exit)?and give?card to guard, the guard swipe it onto the reader built-in the Manual-pay-station,then he pay cash and the guard return back the card to him,within given time, he can drive to the exit and insert the card into unmanned Exit Station, and then Exit Barrier open.
