Fan Mill and Its Replacements

The fan mill produced byShenyang Heavy Mining Equipment Co.,Ltd mainly provides qualified coal powderfor coal-fired boiler in thermal power plant. It has three functions of drying,coal pulverizing and powder transfer. It consists of casing, pulverizing wheel,separator, bearing box, cooling and lubricating system and main motor.

Characteristics of fan mill:

1 The insert plate ofexpansion joints is changed from sliding type to bogie type, which is easy toinspect.

2 Each interface is sealedstrictly with no powder leaking.

3 The wear-resisting board atbottom of gate is changed from hook type to sliding type, which is easyreplaced the board after abrasion.

4 The uniform flow tableadded by the fan mill distributes raw coal self on the pulverizing plate, whichprolongs use life and protect rear plate hub.

5 The bearing box is changedfrom external-cooling to internal-cooling. The structure is compact andoperating breakdown is reduced.

6 The bearing box addsvibration protection component to increase operating safety of fan mill.

7 The casing liner is changedfrom screw thread fastening to through-hole screw thread fastening, which isconvenient to replace liner.
