Manufacture of Ball Mill

The ball mill produced byShenyang Heavy Mining Equipment Co.,Ltd important smashing equipment aftermaterials are crushed. It has two grinding types of dry type and wet type. Accordingto different discharge ways, the ball mill can be divided into two types oflattice-type and overflow.

Characteristics of ball mill:

This ball mill consists offeeding part, discharging part, rotating part, transmission part (reducer,small transmission gear, motor, electrical control) and other important parts. Thequill shaft uses cast steel. Inside lining can be changed. Rotating big gear isprocessed by casting hobbing. Wear-resisting liner is installed in the tubebody, which has well wear resistance.

Notice of installation andmaintenance:

1 The lubricating oil flowninto the bearing must be clean and sealing must be well.

2 The fresh-installation tyrealways becomes flexible, so it needs to be checked frequently.

3 Notice that whether eachsection of equipment operates normally.

4 Inspect abrasion degree ofeasy wear part and replace the worn part in time.

5 Clear out the barrier atsurface where the under-frame of movable device is installed to avoid that themovable bearing could not move.

6 Immediately stop andinspect reason when oil temperature of bearing raises.

7 If there is impulsive soundwhen rotating gear works, user should stop and inspect immediately to eliminatesafety hidden danger.
