Automatic Suction Air Flotation Cell
Description
Automatic suction air flotation cell is developed by XinHai Mining Machinary Co. Ltd. It is suitable for processing various minerals.
Features1. Automatic suction air flotation cell can optimize the sufficient mineralization of air, medicament and slurry.
2. The slurry circulating amount is big, it can achieve 2.5 times more than the normal one.
3. Air suction can achieve big amount and the deflocculating effect is good.
4. No need to discharge when the machine stop working.
ApplicationAutomatic suction air flotation cell is widely used for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry.
Working principleThe impeller is driven by V-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. While extracting sufficient air to mix with ore pulp, the machine stirs ore pulp and mixes it with chemicals to form mineralized froth. By adjusting the height of the flash board to control the liquid level, the useful forth can be scraped from the loam board.
