Principle of high-efficiency thickener

Efficient improved thickeneris mainly composed of round thickening tank and harrow scrapping machine. After exhaust tanks, the pulp is horizontally fed by diffuser plates mixed with flocculant from the vertical cylinder in the center. The solid particles fall down by the gravity, then the upside turns into clean water. After solid-liquid separation, the slime that sediment in the bottom of the thickener is discharged by the harrow scrapping continuously, and clean water overflows from the upside.
