With our special foggy quenching process, the liners can?achieve the following features:

1.Ideal hardness:≥HRC52.

2.?Ideal toughness value: More than AK5J.

3.Even hardness distribution: The hardness difference from surface to the core of?each piece of liner casting?is less than HRC1.

4.?Better wear performance: The anti-wear properties are 2.5 times as much as those of high manganese steel in wet grinding condition.
